Trending @HCL; HR forces me to resign

Currently, I have been on the bench for the past 2 months. The HR locked my outlook and myhcl, and they said first you resigned, then I will unlock your credentials. What I have to do now.

Here is one possibility: Please don't resign. First search for a new job (stating your notice period as 30 days, so that you get calls). And then once when you have got job ,you may resign.
Can you share the email id or SAP of that HR who blocked you?

There should be an IT Forum for Delhi-NCR. They take the issue directly to labour ministry You can log the complaint.

Ask for 3 months notice and you will get salary and start searching for job or else ask them to pay for 3 months and go for resignation

Or if you comfortable with other locations ask them for a movement where they can provide projects to you
