My friend CL:11 is on bench for long time. He got HR discussion mail today . Call scheduled for Monday. What will happen in that call ? Will they give option as there opening for a project for tech or non tech role. Or they will ask for resign .

Being a PMO, My sincere advise would be to negotiate with HR if they ask you to resign. Buy some time and get into any project. Functional test planning is the most common role better you work on few more skills and get into something else.
