HR discussion call - Termination/ force Resign.

Anybody had a call with HR Regarding this resignation due to Bench. I received an email to reach HR today for discussion. I came office RMG took my emp id and ask to wait for HR call. Other side I had a offer to take into project but the allocation project in getting little bit late it will happen today eod or Monday. Any suggestions what to do. RMG says they don't take me so resign otherwise I will get termination directly.
