HR clearance for resignation, 2nd level approval done waiting for HR clearance.

I got released from project then put resignation on bench. RMG approved then 2nd level approval is also done. Only HR clearance is pending. As i am on bench will they release me early? Or should i specifically ask HR regarding this?
