HR clearance

Hr clearance is still active in iTalent. Only 24 days left in my notice period. In the separation kit it is mentioned that i have to ensure hr clearance is completed prior to 20 days before lwd. I am not sure with whom it is pending. Should I mail HR on this or how to proceed this Kindly advice
