HR Career Connect

Hi all,

I just had a one-one connect with HR over phone. It was mentioned that this is happening for associates with grades C1 and C2. She asked questions related to my satisfaction with TCS, 360° feedback, Xcelerate, etc.

The interesting fact is I received a mail from xcelerate.careers@tcs.com asking for the connect's feedback. 🙂

even i had one last week - when HR pinged on teams i initially thought here comes the end of my tcs journey.

😂😂 oops but it seems C1 and C2 associates are empowered now as they are the less salary drawers as compared to other senior grades.😜😜 So they are encouraging us to continue. PROBABLY!
