
HR called regarding band disagreement
I got a call on Thursday from HR asking me whether I had a discussion with my supervisor regarding disagreement. I told him my supervisor did not called me after HR sent him a mail for having discussion. I told him that before that mail was sent I only spoke to my manager regarding rating and manager said he will try to do something but also said he cannot assure that anything will change.
I asked the HR why HR's are not part of this discussion as supervisor may give any false promise but do nothing from their end.
HR said that they are not part of this hierarchy and cannot involve in such discussion. I said my manager said he will try but later if he does nothing then its associate's loss only right.
So HR said that this band agreement is a 2-3 month long process and will go for multiple approvals upto unit head level.
He said Company is not in Good State Even if your manager agrees to change band and if there are no funds in the unit nothing will change.
How can HR's even speak such a thing.
If TCS is really in such a bad state then how come they are showing 12000 Crore profit in market and CEO's doubling their packages.
Its all a hoax and they want to make sure that employees will not get any benefit here no matter how hard they work.

This company is showing profit by eating up our hard earned money. We are basically doing charity work and will do charity only till the time we are in this company. Band disagreement is just a waste of time and money. Quit this company and you will get much better opportunity elsewhere.
