Anyone received call for WFO percentage 50% or less than 50 % for July/August.

Yes, HR has been calling employees about their WFO compliance, especially if it's below 50%. Non-compliance can affect performance pay and ratings. Some haven't received calls despite low attendance.

But they are not counting wfo of September?,for August/September my wfo is 100% and overall it will be above 60%
