HR BYB issue

I have created 6 profiles in last 4 months.all the profiles has got ats friendly CV which are well prepared. But nun of my BYB has got the call or communication by the hiring HR. Is BYB for real or just a drama

BYB feels like a drama. If none of your profiles got a call, it's either broken or just for show. HR might be swamped, but that's no excuse.
