Trending @Wipro; HR blackmailing for reducing the notice period

Hr reduced the Np after 1 month to 60 days from 90 days even am billable , if I don't accept he is saying he will terminate with violation reasons and for termination I never seen for everything blaming like this.....

You can directly raise ombuds request. Raise ombuds request on the HR who is blackmailing.
Have all the valid proofs and escalate them for the nonsense that they are doing it to you. Never ever get afraid. Only if you voice out these guys won't force you. By the way how much is your overall years experience and wipro experience?

I have 13 yrs exp worked in MNCs in the past never faced this kind of issues , wipro 1 yr only

Thanks for the response , actually they asked me to confirm on that same call eventhough I asked for time not given said if you want to releaving as resignation 2 months np you can get a job in the market without any issue otherwise termination which is impact you like blackmailing....so as of now accepted for 2 months ...

Better to have all the proofs recorded with you. Incase of things in wrong direction ,better excalate to a HR manager on that HR executive.

Keep all clicked pics as proof of billable date and all for a safer side, it's a wrong way HR approaching I FEEL rest all experienced and already in d system for long can help u with T&Cs
