Trending @Capgemini; HR behaviour
I have been trying to get a project release. I have issues with my lower back, submitted my x-ray, MRI and doctors certificate based on it. I have a 3 weeks leave approved but not the release.
I know it will be difficult once I resume back and tried to seek support from HR, but I think HR is mad, even after looking everything they didn't support and asking to share my after working hours doctors schedule.
Am I really needed to share what I do after my working hours? I really know they are pressuring me, but a good thing that i resigned.
I think HR in Capgemini really needs some more learning on being HR. They behave like local goons here, thinking scaring people can help..

@CrazyDaily5 so after resign did you serve 3 months notice period in the same project or they released from the project? and did you taken any leaves after resign? pls reply i am also in the same situation

Since I had all medical documents which can support my condition. In my notice period I got 3 weeks leave approved.
I have many times tried to connect with my project manager to understand what's next, whether I am getting released but no response.
HR has clearly mentioned on the mail to serve my notice period in same account till last working date

okay after 3 weeks you started working on project till 3 months on the same project?

Agree with you, HR shd be supportive to employees, here I don't know whom they are supporting, not even BU leads

hR doesn't care about you in this company..been 2 years in CG and I haven't seen my HR...just know that name...also , do not share your after hours schedule..

I was also searching my hr name but when I Put resignation then I see my hr name and she was mad.. the way she was communicating with me just because I was on notice period

They don't care..I have a similar situation where due to some medical issues I had a surgery and and have been advised not to sit for more than 15 mins at time and should take strict bedrest. I have requested leaves over my PLs as per the medical leave policies. But the HR has rejected and said that their internal medical team doesn't think it a concerning point. They don't treat us as human and think if us as resource only. Worst place ever to work.

Agree..
