
Hr and their obsession with emails
Why this dear hrs are always read entire query on teams and then says send me an email. Then why you are using teams at all. Just to notify that hey i send email plz check? And on the other hand they don't even see emails I have seen hrs having 1000+ unread emails Those with high hops and lot of questions are just parked a side. What the hell do you guys do with this many emails why don't you simply give answers to doubts directly why why.

If one doesn't have answers ready, then have to check before reply. Which means, they have to park your question somewhere. Teams is not a good place to keep such items, but emails are.
1000+ unread emails is a concern, I agree. But, I don't know whether they're some queries. I get atleast 20+ emails daily which are irrelevant in nature. But, I do try to skim through.
Between, I am not a HR.

I will get back to you is enough to buy some time.. usually hr has much more work to do so they can't type this statement i guess
