Raise a Greivance in the Ethics or Grievance Portal.

Drop a follow up email, or else raise a ticket on Global Helpdesk for reassignment of request to someone else. My RMG had left TCS 2 months back and still he was assigned for approval resulting in no response, HR approved it after raising ticket
