HR and Head - HR not responding because of ex-tcer
I got FSS on May 30th I had some issues with that and raised to corporate HIS and FSS settlement teams and finally both riased hands and telling to check with local HRs since long time i am chasing to HR and HR Head with my personal Email ID they are not responding after many emails raised ticket in Alumini also and ticket is resolved they told we have informed to your HRs and there is no use .what I should next.if i do exclation, they might not help .
Yes, They deducted the same for me around 20k. My last day was in mid May. When I asked about it they told me company pays for the whole year premium at start of the year and same will be deducted. There isn't much we can do about it.
For me and my parents' insurance 1 lakh 26 thousand deducted for platinum insurance premium.
That's a lot. You can try but I don't think it would help as you'd be just wasting your time. I discussed this with my separation HR and his lead before exit. It's their policy so they said they can't do anything.
