HR action other than QVA cut
So in the Untimatix HR Policy Hub they have mentioned that QVA is going to be deducted according to my WFO index.
Now if I have completely 0% WFO index in a quarter other than QVA what other action can the HR take?
As it's mentioned disciplinary action? But what is this disciplinary action? Are they going to layoff they employees with 0% WFO index. Anybody got any ideas please share? 🙃

Disciplinary action usually means warnings or emails, not immediate layoffs. Layoffs for 0% WFO index aren't common, but it could affect promotions or ratings.
