HR action due to unplanned leaves??
Hi, has anyone faced or heared of any HR action due to taking too many leaves or unplanned leaves in shift... Our project is threatening that regular unplanned leaves will be escalated to HR for action.. Want to know what is the possibility of any such action.. Some people are taking leaves abruptly disturbing 24 by 7 support

Yes, If the person is unable to justify his unplanned or unannounced leaves & has a bad track record. HR will mark it as unauthorized leaves(LOP), as it may have affected other team members of the team for work load. Specially if affected team members raise concern.
Warning letter may also be issued.
