There’s no such thing called culture. With an attrition rate as high as 40-50% annualised, long working hours. Ceo runs only one show- the petty politics show. He is master of this. Very very poor pay master, just imagine no chro is ready to join them. Last chro left them some 4 years back since then PB is managing it. At any given point of time they would want 10% of the team on PIP. They are experts in killing the career of many. Their HR team, Projects and BD team is infamous for corruption
