How's work culture and work life balance at walmart?

Recently got an offer for a role as data scientist in the cataloging team at Walmart Bengaluru and was hoping to get some insights like: How’s the work culture, work pressure, and overall environment there?

Somewhere I read that there had been layoffs at walmart and the work life balance has gone for a toss, also the work culture is okish. Is that true?
