How's work and work life balance in Tekion?

I think someone recently posted that the culture is really bad

Sad to say but all those reviews are true, positive ones are mostly by their HR team. Work life balance is pretty bad. They have this hire to fire policy. Hiring in bulk and firing in bulk when they cannot handle. very unstable culture. Senior management is poor and that is reason for all this mess. Only good things are CTC and tech stack.
