How's the market outside?

Hi I'm having 3 years experience as Java full stack developer. Current CTC 4 lpa. Want to know how's the market outside? I love react js and backend java. Planning to keep papers. I cannot take back my papers as my terms are not good with my manager.

Yes, keep papers!
No, it's risky!

Instead of asking questions here, why don’t you jump into the job market? Create a resume, mark your status as serving notice period, and choose any random date in the next 14–15 days. You will get calls—schedule the interviews and see what they are asking and where you stand in the job market. If everything goes well and you get selected by at least two companies, then you know what to do: take the risk and put your paper.

Take 2-3 interviews before putting papers, understand the expectations and prepare to the mark. If you confident enough on your skills then you can put papers
