How's the interview process now ?

I might get laid off soon so I need to get some ideas on what and how to prepare for software engineer roles in this evolving AI focused market. Anyone who's recently given interviews for software engineer roles, how was it ?

Is leetcode still a deal breaker ? How many rounds are there in general for senior roles ? Are they focusing on AI and LLMs during interviews ? And the most important one, are they even hiring ? What's the state of the job market ?
