How's Myntra for a tech lead?
Interviewing with the search team at Myntra and wanted to get some reviews on the tech culture, quality of work, etc. I see a lot of people with > 5 years tenure here which can both be a good and a bad thing.

People tend to become too comfortable in their role at that tenure and are resistant to change. Complacency sets in, lack of diverse perspectives.

It's good only if people are of top calibre, which means the problem space is exciting enough to retain them.
