Hows market demand and salary bands for GenAI engineers?
Hey , I'm upskilling into genAi , learning RAG, LLM , LANGRAPH , MCP, MULTI MODAL etc - end aim is acquiring enough skill to build scalable AI apps. What is the demand, kind of roles and salary offered in this section now. Please let us know.

And also some product based non tech companies/consultancy companies as they are getting a lot of clients/projects which require that stack. Should jump in this river and cash in quickly before it becomes normal (it has already started to become normal but there is still a scope of 1-2 years). Work freelance or contract, ask for higher payment.
I worked at GSK on contract for a year with this stack and got ~60 lpa.
