How's life at Lexmark?

Hello everyone, I am waiting for an offer letter from Lexmark. Anyone working at Lexmark? How's the work culture in Kolkata? Were there any recent layoffs? I am seeing mixed reviews in the Glassdoor and Ambition box, hence confused. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks!
