I don't trust the calibre of PMs evaluating case submissions/taking interviews. They have a fancy 'we are b2b but work like consumer product first bs hiring page' but can't evaluate a metric and impact driven case submission.

Leaving this here so that it helps folks in the future.
Avoid Keka like the plague.

Top down culture where the CEO is the sole decision maker, with no other leads having any clarity or direction or spine.
Tasks get cancelled or deprioritized at will, and a permanent sense of urgency.
Absolute lack of empathy, professionalism and work life balance.

Source: flatmate worked there, quit in under 3 months.
