How's Kaar Technologies from Chennai? Is this a good company for a fresher.

I have been selected through college placement. It offers a decent CTC for a fresher. It's been 3 months since and I haven't got my offer letter. This company offers an intership for 1 year and in the 1st 6 months with 5k stipend and the next 6 months with a 10k stipend. Even my college senior haven't got into full time. I'm too concerned about it, because my college doesn't allow me to attend any other company placements. What shall I do now?
