How's Indian service based startups?
I am going to interview with one of them. 120 people. BITS pilani founder. Should I consider joining?

I don't know about the one you want to attend. But in 2013 as a fresher I joined in a service based startup founded by bunch of guys. Worked for near to 3 years as we bound by agreement not to leave early. My experience was roller coaster ride with more jerks and downs than ups. No leave policy no office workstation initially later provide maybe after a year and half. Management issues partners seperated so no idea whether Tommorow job will be there or not? No fixed work hours used to run fuel for 11 to 13 hours minimum for a pay of 10to12k. And my bad limited learning during my period but later it recovered for few more years and my next person got some good learning experience. If you are in later stage i suggest if order is good you can risk it as like a jump to another good company for high paying in a year or two.

That's what I was thinking. But if I get stuck there. Should I ask for 80% hike as risking this much for 40-50% is not favourable I think?

Never join them
Even service based mncs are not so good
I just got fired from a well known mnc in India
Service based just avoid
Try product based with 10k to 20k employees

Okay thanks for the insight.

Cocky people
