How’s GenZ adulting?

I assume we are the most pampered generation. But now we are at the cross roads. I am shaken by the adult world. I am finding it difficult to assimilate the real world. How do you do?

The most difficult part, that I see it to maintain morality and to not get carried away by people's mocking of me being stupid/idiot when I choose the moral path forward Becoming an Adult, i was surprised by how hypocritical people are. They'd always preach morality and would barely practice it, when it comes to them making a choice.

Human is emotional being not rational, many things may be look like hypocrisy but they are pratical things may be not rational. Even genz too won't stop at road accident to take guy to hospital(although they preach for it), only hand of people do this and those people are not generational bound. I saw many genz talk very idealistic world/ actions and way which is either very hard or pratical impossible. They think everthing can be solved just with proper understanding(mentally ) but forgetting the facts that it's habits which define human behaviour not moral talking. They talk idealistic but they have ego issues, little patience, pathetic behaviour patterns, weak will power, both mentally(but high IQ) and physically weak. But very few genz stands out with more energy (good one) and meaningful behaviour and very easily adapt suitation and correct their mistake. Overall genz was raised like this because their parents faced many hardship so they over protected them but this generation is atleast started to think for themselves, they are going to create a lot of choas(like nepal, just kidding), they will suffer a lot too but atleast bring awareness that people should think of themselves too and their kids may actually be the one who will bring proper change to world.
