Culture and pay? Also, is it WFH only?
Avoid it if you can... They will make you work late till night everyday. Also they expect everyone to work on weekends too. Some of the employees think that they are 10x engineers, but in reality they write bad code which is difficult to maintain and understand. People regularly schedule meetings after 10 pm, without even asking the other person if it is okay.
Also they say wfh is an option, but they do not increase salary unless you wfo.
Can assure you this guy doesn’t know what he’s saying.

I know a bunch of folks from the engineering team. One is them is a close friend of mine. Good place to work at. They’re solving some really interesting engineering problems. Personally I’m not a big fan of the product itself though. Pay isn’t extraordinary unless you’re super experienced.
