It’s pretty decent, Korean culture you need to get used to. It’s military type hierarchy, you need to listen to your seniors no matter what! It’s pretty good place to work for. You may need to relocate to South Korea if you want to consider working for them. Not sure if they have new office else where in recent days. Good luck
