The fundamental problem is our revenues are in rupees and expense of cloud in $.
We need Indian AWS. our the west will always control our fate.
Building a data center is no joke, and that too a reliable one with multiple availability zones.

Not everything the white is right. West has it own flaws
Easy peasy solutions:
- Shut down shop. Cloud spend will reduce.
- Start charging - convenience fee, service fee, delivery fee, surge fee on all orders

And let that Larry Ellison get a grip into your systems so that he can extract that licence fee for Java SDK installed in 1 dev systems and fine for 1000s of system? It's better to sell my soul to the devil, who might himself owe his soul to Larry Ellison.
