How you guys keep track of your favorite stocks and how do you keep tracking the performance of your owned stocks

Zerodha and Tickertape for me. Use watchlists to bucket the stocks together.

All demat account providers provide watchlist.

Groww or Zerodha would already show u percentage gains of the owned stocks .
You can create watchlists too to monitor stock prices to buy later. I think they also have a notification feature to notify at certain price points but haven't used it before
