Trending @Accenture; How you guys are surviving your notice period.

For me they have already align so many tasks. I don't wana work as I am going through a mental health issue. I conveyed the same but still nobody connected with me for this. And also giving me work.

Just do the work extremely slow. Let it spillover. They'll see that and start offloading work from you. Be offline. Be unreliable.

Do work. But realistically. And keep everything in the mail. You don't wanna be in PIP when you leave because you cannot come back

Be calm bro I know some projects and manager sucks, just don’t work, if you are fine just try to work till you feel fine else don’t do it.

Write a formal email addressing to your lead and also HR. Mention the same and elaborate on the mental part.
