The polls results can show the "Bell Curve" 😅

Well certainly not happy with a " C " when I had been asking for release from the start of the year and wasn't being released because I was adding value .

Then only got released just before appraisal rating which sure means no good band making all the work done through the year irrelevant leaving one with the feeling of being used and then discarded with convenience
