How would you describe life at Infosys?

Almost all companies follow 50-60 hr work week. While most of us work may be 30 hrs a week, we inherently spend longer hours in the office pretending to work. So the whole 70-90hr calculation is meaningless. If we really "worked" on "our" deliverables even at a min 40hr work we would have been sending rockets to Mars. Not talking about 10 min cola delivery.

Let me share my work in finance - I create reports on the company/product performance in Excel sheets for the leadership. This data is readily avl in SAP. But no our "leaders" don't have time for that. They have me for downloading that and giving it to them. I reach out to product managers to find ways to improve profit. I take that info to the "leaders" who will then "decide". There is no western counterpart for my role. The leaders themselves do it there.

This is the level of productivity in Indian offices.
