
Foscus on yourself what are the things which makes you feels internally happy and satisfied instead of overthinking ..learn new things unlearn past

Stay positive bro it's only phase you have got lessons from this .. everything happens for the reason ..create millions of interesting reasons for yourself.. Be strong and courageous πͺπ»π₯

By letting yourself feel it. The more you try to suppress your emotions, with or without distractions, or try to drown yourself in substances, the more strong the pain is going to come at you. Let it be, let time help you heal. Learn your lessons, introspect, give grace to the good memories, and do something everyday that will give you a change of space (mentally), could be work, reading, sport, gym, anything that gives you peace of mind.

Pick up some hobbies, play some sports or hit the gym. Make yourself busy with work and focus on yourself. Be a better version of yourself. Also, make a contact rule with your ex, this will make sure you don't get flashbacks.

Good to hear π€ but sometimes we can't.

Lots of alcohol... and gym. Maybe throw in a trip to Thailand wink wink
