Trending @Accenture; How will I know who my recruiter is?

I am unable to access the ACP portal and have tried contacting the ACP team. They asked for an Abacus tool snapshot. I reached out to my PA for this, but she also doesn't have access to the Abacus tool. She mentioned that only recruiters have access to it, but she also doesn't know how I can find my recruiter. This is the whole scenario.
