How WFO index will impact QVA for C3B and above ? is there any chance I can get 100% QVA if I have 100% WFO index. if no then why?

Nowadays getting only 20-30% for C3B

For grades like C3B and above you will never get 100% QVA

You will never get 100% QVA. Max you can expect is 75-80%

Till C2 only 100% QVA....don't dream for it...it's bitter truth.

The magic words are "based on Unit performance". TCS shows a profit each quarter, still the unit performance is down and our QVA is impacted.
