Trending @Accenture; How VP is calculated

I have salary of 8 Lacs, I got VP as 10% but including May 25 and November it is all together 69k but as my base pay is 8 Lacs it should be 80k right ?

There will be variable pay calculator in allsec portal but it doesnt work most of the time, give it a try vp is not direct percentage calculation there wille be some formula which includes project performance index and chargeability
