How usefull is Parakeet AI during an interview

Hi everyone, I have an interview in 2 days. I have prepared for it by still not confident as the interview is for my dream company. I am thinking to use Parakeet AI during the interview. If anyone has ever used it , please share the experience & please suggest other such tools that can help in video proctored interviews.
