Trending @Cognizant; How to view designation history within Cognizant?

Hi All,

Is there any app in Cognizant which lets you view the designations you have had in Cognizant since your joining? For example I have worked as Manager-Business Development some years back and then changed my department and moved to my current role (Senior Consultant). How do I view my designation and department/service line history ? Appreciate some insights on this. Thanks
