My current earned leaves are 43.50 but for my state I can only carry forward 30 and project people are not letting me take full extra leaves What can I do ? Also can we donate leaves to someone

There is a program called HOURS THAT HELP, u can check and donate ur leave there. It will allocate to someone who is in long medical leave or if facing any emergency and unable to work. By donating ur leaves u can save someone's salary
