You don't use torrent on TV. Use it from a PC and then transfer file. Tv don't have enough storage.

Oh I see you want to stream a movie while partially downloading it on TV? If you don't mind can you tell me your profession so that I can explain better without confusing you with jargons?

If you have Android TV, then you can add a torrent client, but the problem is TV does not have enough space for large movies. Better to torrent using laptop/phone and then connect to TV. I have Google One with 100 GB, so I upload to Google drive and then linked TV to Google drive to watch using Kodi

If it's an Android TV then you can Chromecast it directly to TV. Go to any pirate streaming site on your phone, use the same wifi as your tv. You should be able to see a Chromecast icon when you play the video on your phone.
