How to upskill with AI?

I have completed my college and I'm starting my first job in a few weeks. I have some free time to upskill and learn. Please guide me about how I should make myself worthy in this AI era. What should I be learning, how to start and some specifics, because it's getting too confusing when I search on YouTube. None of them clearly says what will benefit me in the real work environment, they just sell courses.
