How to understand whether I am part of fluidity plan or not.recently rmg called all of our team member asking project name and skillset.

Bro am sitting with no project. Few days ago my allocation was showing sep 30, 2025. And now it is showing 30 Nov, 2025. My interviews are going on. But am surprised why they have extended my allocation. In the end it is just for billing. if they are getting fat money through you they will make you sit idle. or vice versa

Actually I have got 1 week allocation extension.not only me but my whole team of 7 members.during that time someone from rmg called everyone to know the project name and skillset.manager said to tell rmg to directly call him for any discussion. Though allocation is extended now for 1 month still considering the current situation, I was asking the question. We get allocation on monthly basis.

Well there is no direct way to know that. Your manager or HR incharge will be aware of it. If you are close to them you can request them to share the detail with you. They may say stuff like its above their level but thats just to avoid confrontation. Long story short the people immediately above or incharge of you and the HR rep will know but wont disclose it.
