How to Transition from SAP to Product Management Role

I have 5 years of experience (4 years as a designer and over 1 year as a SAP consultant PwC), along with a 2-year MBA from New IIM. Despite this, I'm struggling to transition into a product management role and am finding it difficult to even get shortlisted for interviews. I’m seeking advice on how to break into a product role—not at an entry level, but one that aligns with my experience and offers a competitive designation and compensation. What steps can I take?
