How to teach lesson to manager while leaving
Any ideas how we can give bad reviews about manager to teach him a lesson? I want to express my inner feelings but he will not conduct exit interview. Also I am afraid if he might extend notice due to some rubbish reasons if I go against him. 😃😃
There is no gain in fighting the PIG in the mud..U will dirty urself and he will enjoy... Furthermore nothing will happen to him/her.. U will ruin your relation and image amongst others.
Yes. TCS is filled with a lot of unnecessary managers troubling the resources. None of them are technically involved in the issue. Leave them as they do not survive in the outside market
