Trending @Capgemini; How to talk to a friendly male manager if you are a boy or a girl
There are few managers in my company, they are very friendly with me. I have been an introvert all my life. I don't have any cousins or siblings or friends. I am not used to talking with people. I don't want to mess up. I like talking with them but sometimes I feel,is it okay if I am talking like that with him. Please I am seeking geniune advice.
It's totally depends on you , one thing is for sure as you are intial days of your career it's good to communicate with manager level position guys wheather it is male or female, ok as I was also an introvert I can understand it's hard in the initial days . Although it will be very helpful. Though some toxic people will be there but all it all depends on us .So no need to worry you should talk with them freely in your limits .
