How to take the release from FS
I was not working from last 2.5 months because i want release but my manager is still giving me allocation every time, once i also talked with my manager he said I’ll not release u. Can anyone suggest me what should i do?

He is waiting for the next appraisal cycle so that he can give you a 'D' Band. Every team needs someone for 'D'. Put your paper before appraisal.

If you're not working and no hr action is being taked upon u. Continue with this until u find better opportunity to move outside.
