How to take release from project?
I have been working from last 1.5 years in FS project and i asked for the release but my manager said u will not be released do whatever u want to do. Please tell me what should i do in this scenario?
You can just reduce your visibility in the project, Whenever you get situation,you can again and again ask for release.. Make your teammates know that you are looking for jobs ,so that you are not much interested to work,create some negative vibe… I have tried all these and post 6mnths I got release,but again they have allocated me under the different project which is handled again by the same manager😂😂😂… So here politics will play a key role and you need to fight till last,and post that also u don’t see any possibilities and you don’t want to drown here, better risk it and resign it and then look for a new ship…
